  I lived at one of the rental properties that these people owned and or affliated with for almost 4 yrs. It was a pure nightmare. The upkeep of the property was unreal. Infested with roaches, plumbing leaks that were patched over that continuously flooded out of the bathroom and the kitchen when used, which also caused a mildew build up and the water damage peeled the paint off the walls and caused the kitchen sink cabinet to "buckle". Hot water tank had a slow leak as well, up to the day I moved out. Units has old gas heating/fixtures that would get tagged by the gas company then the owner would go in and "claimed" problem was fixed and remove them. Electric/lighting fixures would stop working at times for no reason, But you can bet your life savings that when it rained, you would be without electric until it dried out some. Literally had to beg to get what little lawn we had mowed. There were days you had to sit your trash "outside" the dumpster due to the owner cleaning/preparing another property he purchased or was affliated with, and filled "our" property's dumpster up with another property's garbage. Also READ carefully any lease or documents your asked to sign, you will notice they are quite "one-sided"
