  I lived at one of the rental properties that these people owned and or affliated with for almost 4 yrs. It was a pure nightmare. The upkeep of the property was unreal. Infested with roaches, plumbing leaks that were patched over that continuously flooded out of the bathroom and the kitchen when used, which also caused a mildew build up and the water damage peeled the paint off the walls and caused the kitchen sink cabinet to "buckle". Hot water tank had a slow leak as well, up to the day I moved out. Units has old gas heating/fixtures that would get tagged by the gas company then the owner would go in and "claimed" problem was fixed and remove them. Electric/lighting fixures would stop working at times for no reason, But you can bet your life savings that when it rained, you would be without electric until it dried out some. Literally had to beg to get what little lawn we had mowed. There were days you had to sit your trash "outside" the dumpster due to the owner cleaning/preparing another property he purchased or was affliated with, and filled "our" property's dumpster up with another property's garbage. Also READ carefully any lease or documents your asked to sign, you will notice they are quite "one-sided"

  I never used this law firm but am giving it 5 stars because I was a small business owner and know how reviews can negatively affect you. That and my comments have nothing to do with his ability as a lawyer... Steve, you really do have to change your radio ads. Just because you like doing it doesn't make it the right thing to do. In fact, based on my experience in sales, that's a perfect reason not to do your own ads. The content is sound but the way the message is delivered needs to be changed. When you do ads on the radio you need a very specific type of voice to deliver the meaningful message you're trying to convey. Think Morgan Freeman or James Earl Jones. I'm sure they aren't in your iPhone but there's agencies who can get you a voice actor for a reasonable fee. It's really not personal, but I turn the radio off or down when your ads play now. And I know I'm not the only one. You want to bring in business not get people to ignore it. Hope this was a bit more constructive than just saying it sucks. Best wishes.
